In this 90 min CBD infused Yin Yoga class we will be offering a 15-20 min educational talk prior to class, where student will have the opportunity to enhance their relaxation in class with FREE CBD samples. Shelly Saunier will then guide you through gentle yoga postures and easeful stretching to replenish the mind and body. We will also be providing hands on touch throughout class with essential oil infused CBD salve to further induce relaxation. The practice will close with an extended Savasana that will give a natural high.
