All Levels Sivananda Yoga with Anson Bingham. The Sivananda Yoga practice is a classical Hatha Yoga class that helps encourage proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. This class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), specific asanas (yoga poses) with beginner, intermediate and advanced variations and ends with deep relaxation. This yoga practice is for all levels.
This class follows a sequence of asanas (poses) designed to open the energy channels of the body while increasing flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems.
