Guided Meditation: In our busy modern lives, meditation is more important than ever. Meditation helps calm the mind, balance the emotions, combat stress, bring balance into our lives, refocus energy, and promote healthy, positive contemplation. Learn how to meditate, develop a meditation practice and experience all these benefits and more in this Guided Mindfulness Meditation class. Open to all. Clear the mind, reconnect to your true self, focus and center as we work with the breath, exploring pranayama (breath control) techniques in a relaxing atmosphere. Effective for stress and anxiety relief, improves brain function and memory, easy to practice, results are immediately noticeable. All levels. Excellent for beginners. Bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle and a friend. 30 minutes.
